Booking Policy
・Advance Reservation Required
　Please make your booking in advance through our official website or by email.
・Confirmation
　Your booking will be confirmed by email after we check availability.
・Payment
　・Standard payment is cash directly to the driver on the day of the tour.
　・Credit card payments are also available with advance request, as our drivers need to bring a card terminal.
・Minimum Participants
　Tours are available from 1 person. For groups, we can arrange multiple Jumbo Taxis (up to 9 passengers per vehicle).
・Tour Duration
　If your tour exceeds the reserved time due to your own circumstances, additional charges will apply.
・Changes to Bookings
　Changes to date, time, or itinerary can be made free of charge up to 3 days before the tour.

Cancellation Policy
・Cancellation 3 days or more in advance: Free of charge
・Cancellation 2 days before: 30% of the total fee
・Cancellation 1 day before: 50% of the total fee
・Cancellation on the day of the tour: 100% of the total fee

・If public transportation is suspended due to natural disasters or other unavoidable events, no cancellation fee will be charged, even on the day of the tour.
・For cancellations due to personal reasons, the above rules generally apply. However, we may consider individual circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
